<h3><strong>What’s considered a referral? </strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>The name and full contact info of a potential candidate received by a Nelson Interactive contact in March 2012</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Who can participate?</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>External friends and contacts as well as current Nelson Contingent employees</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>What are the rules?</strong></h3>
<p><strong>If your referral is hired as a Game Programmer in a Direct Hire Position: </strong></p>

<li>Bonus amount will be determined by base salary</li>
</ul>

<li>Base salaries above $100K will receive bonus of $1000</li>
<li>Base salaries between $50-99K will receive bonus of $500</li>
<li>Base salaries below $50K will receive bonus  of $250</li>

<p>TRC (Technical Requirement Checklist) operations requirements represent some of the most challenging, multifaceted and data expansive responsibilities within First Party QA.  The role’s primary responsibilities involve supporting the research, analysis, development, implementation, execution, reporting, resolving, and communicating for TRC operations specifications and compliance.<span id="more-182"></span></p>
<h3><strong>Sample Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Performing consistent daily research and review of operations source material including, but not limited to, PS3/PSP/PS2 platform TRC, SDK and DevNet documentation and information.</li>
<li>Assist in the development and implementation of all TRC operations procedures, processes, tools, and historical data archiving.</li>
<li>Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product functions and intricacies that potentially impact TRC compliance.  Secondary ownership and management of all TRC operations compliance coverage including but not limited to prioritization, initiation, timing, frequency, and extent.</li>
<li>Demonstrated understanding and proven aptitude in TRC issues identification, research, review, documentation, communication and assessment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated understanding and proven application TRC, FPQA, and WWS vision statements and the objectives necessary to meet in order to achieve them.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Required Skills</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>BA / BS from an accredited college or university, preferably in Computer Science, Project Management or in a Technical field.   Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years solid work experience</li>
<li>Prior quality assurance and software testing experience</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Excellent technical problem solving skills</li>
<li>Passion for video games</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge  of console gaming and functionality elements</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Bonus skills</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Fluency in Japanese</li>
<li>SQL Programming</li>
<li>Experience in Data Mining or analytics</li>
<li>HTML, XML, PHP, CSS experience</li>
<li>SQL programming experience</li>
<li>Experience working within Agile, Scrum and/or Lean methodology teams.</li>
<li>Previous experience leading and training a technical team in a globally orientated, high pressure, heavy workload environment.</li>
